Our 72-hour dough stretched thin, brushed with roasted garlic parmesan butter, layered with Fior di Latte mozzarella and freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano, then fired until golden. Finished with another brush of garlic butter and our TFPC Italian herb blend.
